Conditions

– Free stay for children less than 3 years old, prior to arrival date / check-in date , until maximum of 2 children.

– Check-in schedule between 3PM until 8PM. After this schedule, it will be necessary to confirm availability in advance and an extra €25 will be charged at Check-in. Check-out is by 11AM. As a cortesy and upon availability, we offer the possibility of Late Check-in.

– It won´t be allowed more guests than the maximum capacity (10 persons), nor pets, except guide-dogs. It won´t be allowed the entrance in  the property of people that aren´t mentioned in the booking, unless prior notice and authorization of the Owner.

– Reservations will be guaranteed upon confirmation of 50% of the total cost of the stay. The remaining 50% must be paid up to 15 days before the Check-in date. Payments will be made by bank transfer to IBAN indicated by the Owner.

– During check-in, it  will be resquested a guarantee or deposit, in cash, until 20% of total amount of the reservation, which will be returned in full, if there are no property damages to Casa Castedo do Douro and its premises and equipment. In case of property damages, Casa Castedo do Douro reserves the right to demand the reimbursement of any property damage, which must be communicated immediately to the Owner.  

Cancellation policy  

• – Full refund of the amount already paid to date (deducted by the costs of bank transfer commissions), if you cancel the reservation up to 30 days before the Check-in Date. For cancellations in August, 10% of the total value will be charged.   If reservation is cancelled up to 15 days before the Check-in date, you will have a refund of half (50%) the amount already paid (deducted by the costs of bank transfer commissions). For cancellations in August, 10% of the total value will be charged.
